findmystudio acts as a booking platform and agency. We facilitate connections between artists and studios and process payments on behalf of studios. findmystudio is not an operator of studios or recording facilities.

2. Studio Responsibilities

Studios listed on findmystudio are responsible for:

• Studio and session safety – ensuring a safe environment for all users
• Equipment conditions – maintaining equipment in good working order
• Insurance – maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for their premises and operations
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

By listing a studio on findmystudio, studio owners confirm they meet these obligations and accept full responsibility for their studio's operations.

3. Platform Liability

findmystudio does not operate, own, or control any studios. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or conduct of studios or artists. Disputes arising from bookings should be resolved directly between the parties, with findmystudio available to facilitate where appropriate.
